Data stolen from Bluewater Health, Windsor Regional Hospital, Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Erie Shores HealthCare and Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare through their shared IT provider TransForm: at Bluewater Health, a database of about 5.6 million visits by some 267,000 patients going back to 1992; social insurance numbers of about 20,000 patients across the hospitals. The hospitals did not pay the ransom.
